Appellant has been convicted of third degree felony theft for his participation in shoplifting a cassette stereo player from a Houston discount store. Three main issues are raised on appeal. First, the appellant seeks a new trial because of jury misconduct committed when a juror related his personal experience in shopping for stereo equipment.
