Although she had answered, appellant, Alice Martin, failed to appear in person or by attorney at trial. Martin appeals the money judgment rendered in favor of appellees, Peggy Mitchell Allman and Steven E. Allman, d/b/a Peggy Mitchell Associates. Upon learning of the judgment against her, Martin timely filed a motion for new trial.
