This case is before me on cross-motions for summary judgment filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).

On September 24, 1981, plaintiff filed an application for Widow's Insurance Benefits because of disability caused by a radical mastectomy, migraine headaches, and spinal arthritis.
