This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury trial in the Superior Court. The jury returned guilty verdicts on two counts under indictment No. W2/82-147: one count of robbery in violation of G.L. 1956 (1981 Reenactment) § 11-39-1, and one count of malicious damage to property in violation of § 11-44-1.
