This case hardly deserves an opinion, and the judgment of the trial court could well be affirmed without an opinion. However, we will not treat it thus, in view of appellant's reliance upon the opinion of the Supreme Court in the relatively recent case of Solem v. Helm, ___ U.S. ___, 103 S.Ct. 3001, 77 L.Ed.2d 637 (1983), which we are required to follow when applicable, even though there was a strong dissenting opinion...
