Peter Jacob Spotted Warbonnet was convicted of assault with intent to commit murder in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 and 113(a), and of assault resulting in serious bodily injury in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 and 113(f). He was sentenced to two ten-year prison terms to run concurrently. For reversal he alleges that his conviction for assault with intent to commit murder was not supported...
