This is an appeal from a conviction of aggravated robbery pursuant to TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 29.03 (Vernon 1974.) Appellant entered a plea of not guilty. The jury found him guilty and the trial court assessed punishment at thirty years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
