Appellant, Steve Morris, filed suit against Perkins Chevrolet for damages arising out of an alleged breach of contract involving the purchase of a 1978 Pace Car Chevrolet Corvette. The court at the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence directed a verdict for the respondent car dealer. (The case was tried to the court, so the terminology used by the parties is incorrect.
