This case comes before us on petition of Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company (Hartford) and Teknor Apex Company (the employer of Peter Cardenas, hereinafter Teknor) for a stay of an order entered by a justice of the Family Court restraining Hartford and Teknor from disbursing any sums awarded to Peter Cardenas (husband) as a result of a commutation proceeding before the Workers' Compensation Commission.
