This Court has before it two separate appeals by Lonnie D. Clark which have been consolidated for purposes of review. No. 84-1098 involves an appeal from the revocation of probation of sentences in a case involving Clark's conviction on numerous counts of defrauding the United States government under the 1973 Upland Cotton Allotment Program. No. 84-1099 is an appeal from a conviction for receiving a firearm
