Marvin Jones, the appellant, was convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-82-2684, of one count of First Degree Rape, for which he was sentenced to a term of fifty (50) years in prison, and one count of Oral Sodomy, for which he was sentenced to a term of ten (10) years in prison.
