PER CURIAM:

Reliance Insurance Company ("Reliance") cross-appeals from the grant of summary judgment by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in favor of Travelers Indemnity Company ("Travelers").

James T. Sharkey was involved in an automobile collision while driving a car rented from National Car Rental Systems, Inc. ("National"). This accident gave rise to four separate suits brought against Sharkey in district court.
