This is a suit for personal injury and property damages arising out of an elevator accident. Plaintiff, Michael Toliver, an employee of Esco Elevators, Inc., hereafter referred to as Esco, sued Equipment Importers, Inc., d/b/a Jet Equipment and Tools, hereinafter referred to as Jet, and appellee Brown Rental Equipment Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as BRECO.
