Clark appeals from a decision of the district court for the Western District of Oklahoma granting the defendant-appellee's (Santa Fe) Motion for Summary Judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56.

Clark, an American Indian, brought suit against Santa Fe alleging that the company had denied him his civil rights by violating 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e. Clark alleges, inter alia, that Santa Fe's promotion practices...
