Defendant Eli Lilly has moved for summary judgment on the basis that Plaintiff Cathy Glater's cause of action for in utero exposure to and resulting injury from diethylstilbestrol (DES) is barred by the statute of limitations. A hearing was held before the magistrate who recommended, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), that Plaintiff's action be dismissed....
