COATS, Judge.

At 5:12 a.m. on January 16, 1983, Officer Richard Gressett of the Fort Yukon Police Department received a telephone call from a woman who identified herself as "Betty Fleener and/or Betty Mayo." Fleener told Gressett that she had over five pounds of marijuana in her house and that she wanted to turn herself into the police.
