OPINION

JACK SMITH, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit rape and assessed his punishment at 75 years incarceration. He brings two grounds of error on appeal.

In his first ground, appellant alleges that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he entered the house with the intent to commit rape. The complainant testified that she was living at her mother's house on August 15, 1983. She and her sister...
