This is an appeal from the District Court in Rio Arriba County, wherein plaintiff-appellant, Chromo Mountain Ranch (Chromo) brought an action for reformation of a land sale contract against defendant-appellee and cross-appellant Consuelo Gonzales (Gonzales).
