The employee, Richard Bourque, appeals from a decision of the Appellate Division of the Workers' Compensation Commission that affirmed a single commissioner's denial of his petition for further compensation. Bourque's petition for further compensation was based on the claim that he continued to suffer a partial incapacity as the result of a work-related injury sustained on October 4, 1974, while he was employed by Frank X. Pomerleau, Inc....
