BRADLEY, Judge.

This is a parental rights termination case. The Juvenile Court of Madison County terminated the parental rights of the mother, Susie Mastin, to all three of her children, Allenedra, Rodney Cornelius, and Quintet. Additionally, the court terminated the parental rights of Allenedra's father, George Moore.

From this decree the mother appeals and presents two issues: (1) Did the trial court fail to recognize the right of the mother to the custody...
