This is a suit in redhibition filed by plaintiff, James B. Ezell, seeking rescission of the sale of a 1980 Chevrolet pickup truck along with damages for personal injuries and attorney's fees. The defendants are General Motors Corporation, the manufacturer, and Windham Chevrolet Oldsmobile, Inc., the retail seller.
