The United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida granted a partial summary judgment and a default judgment against Swim-Tech Corporation ("Swim-Tech") in a suit for breach of a dealer agreement. The district court entered these judgments after Swim-Tech's protracted discovery delays in the face of court orders.
