Following convictions for driving under the influence and disorderly conduct in the Huntsville Municipal Court, Lawrence Swann appealed to the Madison Circuit Court. After a jury trial, he was convicted of both charges and sentenced: for DUI, to six months' imprisonment with three months suspended, and ordered to make restitution to the victim in the amount of $719; and for disorderly conduct to five days...
