This is an appeal from a judgment granting actual and exemplary damages as a result of a jury verdict in a collision case. In their first three points of error, appellants, who will be collectively referred to as Anderson, contend that there is no or insufficient evidence to support the findings of gross negligence on the part of Dye or the findings of recklessness or incompetence on the part of Anderson.
