HILL, Justice.

The defendant, Schleicher-Soper Architects (hereinafter referred to as the defendant), appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict rendered for the plaintiff.1 We affirm.

The plaintiff, an architect, contracted with an owner of land in Fayston, Vermont, to design a 64-unit condominium project. After 28 of the units were completed, the owner began to encounter financial difficulties, and considered abandoning...
