BURDOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Kregg Lee Albritton, appeals an order of the County Court of Childress County revoking his probation.

We affirm.

Appellant waived an attorney and pled guilty to the offense of driving while intoxicated. The judgment, entered on April 18, 1983, shows appellant was adjudged guilty by the court and punishment was assessed at a fine of $350.00 and 90 days confinement in the Childress County Jail. Imposition...
