This is an appeal from a decision of the trial court holding that there existed no valid, enforceable compromise agreement between plaintiff and defendant. Plaintiff appealed.

FACTS

On May 13, 1979, Steven Fugler, minor son of defendant, Faye Hart Fugler Bowers (Mrs. Bowers), lost control of his mother's car and hit McKinley Guidry. Guidry was riding a bicycle and had stopped at the intersection when he was hit and seriously
