On June 28, 1983, plaintiff Amoco Transport Company ("Amoco") commenced this action, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1335 (1976), by interpleading Dietze, Inc. ("Dietze"), The Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC"), and the various defendants who are a part of the Cast shipping group. Amoco's objective was, and is, to obtain a clear determination of who is entitled to payment of $470,728.84...
