This is a suit for damages for alleged malpractice by the defendant attorney. The trial judge dismissed the suit following a hearing upon motions by both parties for summary judgment. The plaintiff appealed and the Court of Appeals reversed the trial court and remanded the case for trial. This Court granted the application of the defendant to appeal, and also granted the motion of the Tennessee Bar Association...
