On May 30, 1980, appellee Bond Planting Co. hired Osceola Aerial Service to apply two herbicides by cropduster airplane to its soybean crop. The appellants, Joseph and Velma Fratesi, complain that the herbicide spray drifted from Bond's field across a county road onto his home and crops causing substantial damage.
