REYNOLDS, Chief Justice.

George Steve Long was adjudged monetarily liable to Tascosa National Bank of Amarillo on his continuing guaranties of payment of indebtedness owed by Holiday South Development Company, Inc. to the bank. The judgment was rendered on a jury's verdict after the court disregarded one of the jury's answers to an issue found by the court to be conclusively established. Inasmuch as we deem that Long has not demonstrated reversible error by his points...
