Plaintiff, Chaffin, Inc., obtained a prejudgment attachment pursuant to C.R.C.P. 102 following filing of its complaint alleging that Dennis Wallain had converted over $366,000 of Chaffin's property. Approximately one year later, defendants Dennis and Karen Wallain filed a traverse, and after an extensive hearing, the trial court entered judgment dissolving the attachment.
