677 P.2d 100

THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, Respondent, v. GEORGE SMITH, Petitioner.

The Supreme Court of Washington, En Banc.

February 2, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William Johnston, for petitioner.

David S. McEachran, Prosecuting Attorney, and Randall J. Watts, Deputy, for respondent.

ROSELLINI, J.

Petitioner, George Smith, challenges his conviction on four separate counts of delivering a controlled substance. Petitioner urges that he did not receive a fair trial because he was denied access to a confidential informant. The Court of Appeals found error but held that it was harmless.
