This admiralty appeal challenges the district court's order requiring the plaintiff/appellant shipowner to post security pursuant to sections 183(a) and 183(b) of the Limitation of Liability Act, 46 U.S.C. § 183 et seq. We affirm in part, but remand for a more complete hearing as to whether security need be posted pursuant to section 183(b).
