WARD, Justice.

This suit involves a breach of contract and an accounting arising out of the failure of a corporate buyer to pay the seller its price when a construction business was sold. Trial was to a jury which returned a verdict in favor of the seller. Judgment was thereafter entered based on the jury verdict, and the corporate seller recovered of and from the corporate purchaser and its two guarantors the sum of $581,641.00.
