Trial was before the jury upon appellant's plea of not guilty of aggravated robbery. V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 29.03(a)(2). After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment, enhanced by a prior conviction, at twenty-eight years.
