OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of criminal solicitation to commit capital murder. The jury assessed punishment at 35 years confinement. Appellant brings four grounds of error concerning: (1) sufficiency of the evidence to corroborate accomplice testimony, (2) fundamentally defective jury charge, (3) variance between indictment and charge, and (4) defective instruction on extraneous offenses.
