NIMMONS, Judge.

Hawkins appeals his conviction of the crime of sexual battery, contending, inter alia, that the trial court erred in denying his motion for discharge under the Speedy Trial Rule, Fla.R.Cr.P. 3.191. We affirm on all grounds and deem it necessary to treat only the speedy trial issue.1
