Appellant was convicted of the offense of burglary of a habitation in violation of V.T. C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 30.01. After returning a finding of guilty, the jury assessed his punishment at forty years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. On appeal, the appellant complained that the trial court erred in admitting the fruits of a search of the trunk of the borrowed automobile...
