OPINION

LEVY, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order construing a will. The trial court's judgment is affirmed.

Louise McIver died on December 26, 1976. She had executed a will on October 29, 1976, which revoked all prior wills and appointed appellant, her nephew, as independent executor of her estate. On February 1, 1977, an order was signed admitting the will to probate, and appellant filed an application with the probate court on July 23, 1982...
