Valda M. and Jason Kiel, the widow and son of the deceased, brought suit under the Worker' Compensation Act to recover for the death of Tollie James Kiel. A jury found that, although the deceased suffered an injury, it was not within the course of his employment at Quality Electric Steel Company.
