Appellant challenges the trial court's order denying his motion to withdraw a guilty plea which he allegedly entered under a factual misunderstanding which negated the benefit of his plea bargain. We reverse.

Before appellant entered the courtroom, his public defender advised the trial judge that appellant would plead guilty to the charged offenses of sexual battery of a child under the age of eleven, handling and fondling a child...
