In this Chapter 7 case, William Rush ("movant") has moved the Court to reconsider our Order of May 31, 1984, authorizing the committee of creditors to employ independent counsel. Upon review of the appropriate provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, we find that there is no provision for compensating or reimbursing the expenses of counsel to a creditors' committee under Chapter 7 of the Code.
