TITUS, Judge.

A Barton County jury found defendant guilty of 13 counts of felonious stealing by deceit. § 570.0301. In accordance with the verdicts, the court sentenced defendant to consecutive terms of four years' imprisonment on one count, three years on another count and two years on each remaining count. Defendant appealed.
