Appellant Blanca Acosta was a customer service representative at the Westchester, Florida branch of Intercontinental Bank. As part of her duties she would carry customer transactions — funds for deposit or withdrawal slips — from the customer reception area to the teller and return with deposit slips or withdrawn funds for the waiting customers.
