This is a divorce proceeding wherein Petitioner, Martha Schmidt Taylor, was granted a divorce from Respondent, Travis A. Taylor. Both parties appeal from the judgment ordering a division of certain properties of the parties. A considerable amount of property was divided by the court about which no complaint is made by either party.
