PER CURIAM.
Because this Court's careful and thorough study of the record on appeal fails to disclose any genuine issue of material fact, and because the undisputed facts entitle the Defendants/Appellees to judgments as a matter of law, we affirm the orders of the trial court granting summary judgments.
