Roger M. Brooks and his wife, Jean K. Brooks, are aggrieved by a take-nothing judgment rendered on a jury verdict in their action to hold Blue Ridge Insurance Company liable under its policy of insurance for the fire loss of their furniture and other personal property. Because we conclude that on the theories litigated, the Brooks failed to establish their right to recover as named insureds, but they were wrongfully denied a proper submission...
