This case is before the Court on the motion of defendants Rivlin and New Venture Capital Corporation to impose sanctions on plaintiffs under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for filing the complaint in this case when on its face it disclosed a lack of diversity jurisdiction. After dismissing the complaint, the Court heard the arguments of counsel with respect to sanctions and has considered the entire record...
