Standard Forest Products, Inc., appeals from a judgment quieting title to certain real property in Bonner Building Supply, Inc. We reverse.

In this case, we consider the effect of a judicial sale to foreclose Bonner's materialman's lien on the rights of Standard, who had purchased the property owner's interest at a sheriff's sale in execution upon a judgment against the owner.
